Most labels aren’t open about their signing process. Transparency is important to us, so we’ve explained the different ways below that an artist could potentially be signed to our label.

Invitations

• We allow an invitation and audition programme.
• If you know someone who’s been signed to our label, they may be able to recommend you to us.
• Depending on what our judge panel think, we’ll then send you an email from one of our official channels inviting you to audition.

Talent scouts

• If one of our talent scouts see incredible talent online, our Head of Music, or Head of Media will send you a message from one of our official channels.
• If you’ve been scouted, well done!
• In this case, we’ll invite you for an online interview or audition straight away.

Competitions

• Sometimes we run composition, songwriting or performance competitions.
• In this case, it’ll be an independent board of music professionals from across the UK who decide on whether you win.
• Winners of the competitions will receive either an invitation to directly join our label, or will be invited for an interview.
