Our artist applicant process is a significant milestone for all of our artists.

• The majority of your audition will be spent performing songs you’ve written, and most auditions will be online for the time being.
• We run a conservatoire-style audition, not a talent-show style audition, meaning it may be a little different from what you’re used to if you’re ever applied to a talent show before.

Why?

• Many of our young musicians aim to go to music colleges and conservatoires, and preparing for them as early as possible helps you get the upper hand.
• This doesn’t mean it’ll be a daunting process – it’ll be fairly relaxed and it’s an opportunity for you, or your group to show your talent.
